About Me

I have over 20 years of NHS experience, initially training as a nurse, followed by specialist training in CBT and doctoral level training in clinical psychology.

I currently practise as a Clinical Psychologist in the NHS, working with young adults using a CBT approach. Alongside this, I also have two training course roles, in which I facilitate supervision and training for NHS Clinical Associate Psychologists and CBT Therapists in training.

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist (British Psychological Society) and an accredited CBT Therapist (British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies). This means I am accountable to the codes of ethics and practice laid down by these professional bodies, ensuring that I undertake regular continuing professional development to keep my skills and knowledge up to date.
